Spark your child's natural curiosity at Little Explorers Nature Days, a weekly adventure designed specifically for preschoolers aged 3–5! Our program provides a high-quality, nature-based experience that fosters cognitive growth, emotional resilience, and a lifelong love for the outdoors. 

 

For the 2026-2027 we are offering a new and improved extended schedule, that includes two times to choose from.  

 

Each session will now be held on:

Mondays from 9:30 am to 11 am and again from 12:30 pm-2 pm.  Both times will offer the same nature theme and content for the week.  Nature themes and content change every Monday! 

 

What Each Adventure Includes:

• Picture Book Story Time: We begin with a themed nature story that introduces the week's topic through beautiful illustrations and engaging narratives.

• Music & Movement Games: Children build gross motor skills and coordination through active games and songs inspired by the natural world.

• Sensory Stations: Our hands-on stations allow little explorers to dig, pour, and touch, engaging all five senses with materials like mud, sand, and water.

• Nature Crafting: From leaf rubbings to stick forts, our creative projects use natural elements to boost fine motor skills and imagination.

• Nature Exploration: We'll embark on mini-hikes or scavenger hunts to observe local flora and fauna, teaching children how to be mindful of their environment. 

 

Our program follows a child-centered curriculum that encourages independent, hands-on learning in a safe and social environment. We invite parents or guardians to stay and share in the magic of discovery alongside their little ones.

Registration & Fees

​We are now offering three unique rate options, the more you register for the more you will save!

• Rate options:​

  • ​Weekly cost:  $10.00 per child​

  • Quarterly cost (12 sessions): $96.00 per child- 20% savings

  • Seasonal cost (all sessions):  $ 252.00 per child- 30% savings

• Registration Process: Registration is required before attending program dates in order to ensure materials are available.

• Guardian Policy: One approved adult or guardian is invited to stay and participate with their child at no extra cost.

• Sibling Rates: Tickets for younger siblings (ages 1-2) may be available for half the regular rate, while children under age 1 are typically free.
