Allison Woods Outdoor Learning Center

We offer engaging field trips for all grades K-12, providing a variety of environmental and science programs designed to assist in meeting the NC educational standards. Our programs offer students hands-on learning experiences and opportunities to explore nature, reinforcing and bringing to life concepts taught in the classroom. To enhance the experience, we also feature two specialized programs: one focuses on our magnificent raptors (birds of prey), and the other showcases the unique skills of our highly trained Turtle Dogs.
