Calling all Brownie Girl Scouts! Get ready to crawl, flutter, buzz, and explore as we discover the amazing world of bugs at Allison Woods Outdoor Learning Center!

During this hands-on outdoor workshop, Brownies will explore the forest and fields in search of some of nature’s smallest—and most fascinating—creatures. Girls will learn what makes an insect an insect, investigate different bug habitats, take a closer look at bug body parts and adaptations, and discover why bugs are so important to our environment.

Activities may include:

- 🔍 Going on a bug-hunting adventure

- 🐜 Investigating insects up close

- 🦋 Learning about insect body parts and life cycles

- 🐝 Discovering how bugs help plants, animals, and people

- 🎨 Creating a fun bug-inspired craft

- 🌿 Exploring ways we can protect bugs and their habitats

Brownies will complete activities designed to meet the requirements for the Brownie Bugs Badge while enjoying plenty of hands-on exploration in the great outdoors.
